 Emergency spill response to hazardous material incidents.  Covers hazardous material and waste emergency spill response procedures and site operations for uncontrolled release incidents. Agenda includes: incident command recognition, evaluation, and control steps; and activities using area monitoring, personal protection, communication, confinement, containment procedures and equipment for decontamination.
