and other non-hazardous items use dry ice for cooling purposes. Dry Ice
is regulated for air & vessel transportation and government regulations
requires training for those who impact a shipment. Domestic and
International hazardous materials regulations, as well as US Postal
Service regulations, for shipping dry ice are explained. Packaging
requirements, package labeling, paperwork preparation and
transportation safety are addressed. The only hazardous material
this course addresses is Dry Ice.
