Emergency response to hazardous material incidents. Covers hazardous material response procedures during uncontrolled release incidents.  Agenda includes: incident command recognition, evaluation, area monitoring, personnel protection, communication, confinement, containment and decontamination.  Classroom and hands-on response exercises demonstrate reconnaissance, detection, cleanup and decontamination.
