Chemical Emergency Response Planning
Part One
INITIAL COURSE "CERP1"
6 hrs - one day
OSHA, EPA and the Chemical Safety Board are in
"Emphasis Mode" for Emergency Preparation and Process Safety. This
course focuses on how to stay in compliance with the OSHA and EPA
regulations that dominate Emergency Planning. Learn how to prepare an
Integrated Contingency Plan that addresses the following emergency
preparedness requirements: OSHA - Emergency Action and Fire
Protection/Prevention; HAZWOPER; First Aid and Hazard Communication; plus
EPA - SARA Tier I/II, SPCC & RCRA Contingency. EPA GIUE (Government
Initiated Unannounced Exercises) will also be covered.
No dates are scheduled for this year, however we are able to offer this as one of our specialized courses.
