INITIAL COURSE "EHS" Sweeping changes to international hazmat transportation regulations (IMDG and IATA) have recently been made to how chemicals are classified as marine pollutants (i.e. environmentally hazardous substances). Using in-depth workshops, learn how to determine if a substance is considered an environmentally hazardous substance per these new regulations. Applicability of the new Environmentally Hazardous Substance mark, relationship to US DOT regulations and other hazardous materials management implications will be addressed. This course serves as a supplement to our transportation courses.
