Q. I've registered for my course. Will I receive some sort of confirmation?
A. Upon receiving your registration, Hazmateam will mail your class confirmation, course information and directions.

Q. What if I need to cancel a course after I've registered?
A. If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, Hazmateam highly recommends that you substitute if possible. We require 10 working days notice for cancellations. A 33% cancellation fee will be applied for all cancellations received with fewer than 10 days notice. If no cancellation is received, a 50% fee will be applied.

Q. What if my class gets cancelled?
A. Hazmateam reserves the right to cancel any scheduled presentation due to: weather conditions, lack of sufficient class enrollment, or other circumstances beyond its control. Hazmateam will promptly refund all monies received for the course, should cancellation be necessary.

Q. What if there's a snowstorm the morning of my class?
A. In the event of inclement weather, students should decide if it is safe to travel. There will, most likely, be a delay in the start of class. Hazmateam closes when other businesses (not schools) close due to bad weather. Please call if you decide not to attend.

Q. The training my company needs isn't being offered this year. Can I still arrange training for my employees?
A. Hazmateam offers many courses available by special arrangement. We can design a training session to suit your needs. See our Specialized Courses page, or contact us for more details.

Q. We need site-specific training. Will Hazmateam conduct training at our facility?
A. Hazmateam can supply on-site specialized training in many areas, including personal protective equipment, hazardous materials handling, chemical storage, job hazard analysis, fall protection, and many other areas of workplace safety. We will make special arrangements to hold training courses at your location, wherever you may be located. We supply all necessary equipment and materials.

Q. Does Hazmateam offer any curriculum for career training?
A. Hazmateam suggests schedules of courses which can be taken to train you for various EHS careers. See our Career Training Paths page.
