Reviews DOT shipping requirements including definitions, security planning, hazardous materials identification, bulk and non-bulk labeling, marking, truck placarding, product and waste shipping documents, and emergency response information for shipments of hazardous materials, hazardous wastes and hazardous substances. Does not cover radioactive materials.
